Our Sales Visit Monitoring System is targeted to FMCG industry whereby sales force monitoring is required by the management to evaluate the sales force performance. Using our system, management will be able to monitor the sales force's activities and results, and thereby planning its marketing strategy.
Using barcode technology, every customer's outlets will be installed with barcode tag. Salesman then will carry a unit of handheld barcode scanner and scan the tag every time he visits customers. Once he returns to home base, he needs to dock the scanner and all his activities will be downloaded into the system. Supervisor can check the system and view the activity data of his sales force anytime he wants it, eliminating unnecessary supervisory activities such as cross-checking with customers.
